Where can I purchase your work?

You can purchase my prints directly from my website or a selection from The Creative Mix.co

Can we share your work?

Feel free to share my work if you include my name, website: www.andiacally.art and link to my Instagram and Facebook pages.

However, you are not permitted to use my photos without my permission in any publication. If you want permission, please contact me directly.

Do you license your photos?

What kind of camera equipment and software do you use?

I use a Canon EOS R and my favourite lens is the Tamron SP 90 Macro lens. I edit my work in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop CS6.

PRINT PURCHASE FAQ

How do you package your prints?

All prints are packaged rolled in hard protective cardboard tubes to ensure safe delivery and to protect your art. The tube makes unpacking quick and easy. To avoid print damage I advise buyers to open the tube and take the print out of it at your professional framing service. 

How do you ship your prints and are they insured?

I use Australia Post to send my prints. All artwork is shipped fully insured.

How long will it take for my print to arrive?

Your artwork is usually shipped in 5-10 business days after receiving your order. Australia Post takes about 2-4 weeks depending on your destination, your shipping priority and any unforeseen delays, such as lock downs or natural disaster events. If you need artwork delivered on a tight deadline, please contact me after placing your order so that I can arrange a priority shipping quote.

How much does shipping cost?

I offer free shipping for orders above $200 and a flat rate of $10 for orders under this amount within Australia. I am are happy to ship internationally however all international orders will be priced on application.

Can you send my print/s Express Post?

Yes, Express Post is available for an additional $8 at checkout bringing express postage to $18 for $0-$199 value and reduced to $8 for orders above $200.

Is tracking available?

Yes, all packages will have a tracking number that you will receive through Australia Post.

Is there an authority to leave?

Please check the Authority to Leave option at the checkout if you would like your package to be left at your doorstep if you are not home. Please note that packages cannot be replaced if they go missing and this is chosen at the buyers’ risk. Further comments regarding your property can be left in comments.

What if I made a mistake when entering my address?

Please check your address carefully when ordering. Andia Cally Art is not responsible for incorrect details provided at checkout. Where packages have been sent with Australia Post, you can redirect your parcel through the MyPost tool at auspost.com.au/mypost/. However, incorrect addresses can delay your order for several weeks. If your package is returned to Andia Cally Art because of an incorrect address you may be charged a second postage fee to resend your item

What if my address is right but there are long delays receiving my print/s?

If your package has been in transit for an unrealistic amount of time please let us know and we will investigate with the freight provider.

What types of payment do you accept?

You can pay by credit/debit card or with PayPal via my website.

MATERIALS & FRAMING

What kind of paper and inks do you use?

All my images are printed on quality fine art 310gsm Canson Infinity Rag Photographique papers, made with excellence, tradition and innovation by a company that has milled for more than 450 years, adapting its long-standing printing process to the digital age. 

Canson Infinity Rag Photographique is a 100% cotton museum grade white fine art and photo paper. The exceptional smooth white tone is achieved during manufacturing by introducing natural minerals to the process. It has been developed to address the need for continued longevity requirements in the digital fine art market. Rag Photographique offers a unique extra smooth surface with a sensual feel. It also provides one of the highest achievable Dmax currently available on the market, making it ideal for fine art photography as well as fine art printmaking. 

All artworks are printed on Epson, the best printer and ultrachrome inks for fine art print making, with custom built ICC profiles applied to each paper type and an experienced master printer to oversee the process.

Do you include a framing service or print on canvas?

If you live in the Tweed, Gold Coast or Byron regions I can recommend framers or organise canvas printing. Costs for canvas will vary depending on size, wrapping and quantity.

What if the print is damaged on arrival?

I package all prints in hard protective cardboard tubes to ensure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact me within 24 hours. Please save the tube and all packaging material and take some photos of damaged print on arrival; I need these to process the claim.
